FAQ's
Hi there!!! Here's a few things you may be wondering....
Shipping For US Orders: Spend $50, and shipping is FREE!!! (Within US) To help keep costs down, I will be shipping by First Class Mail now instead of Priority. So, for orders less than $50, shipping is $3.00. If you would like Priority Mail, please "Contact Me" and I can add the extra to your order.
For International Orders, I charge ACTUAL shipping, which means you are only charged for the exact price. The cart will not reflect the true shipping charge, so please contact me for a quote!!! Usually, I will get back to you within a few hours.
Returns I want you to be completely satisfied with your treasures! If there's any problems in shipping, etc, let me know right away and I will do my best to remedy the situation!
Wholesale I do have wholesale pricing available, please click on the WHOLESALE button to sign up for a Wholesale account, and I will send you more info.
About my Work Much of the glass I use has a tendency to be different from batch to batch. Some of this is because I love to use ODD Lot glass which gives such wonderful variegation and variation to the colors. Because of this I always recommend that when buying beads or buttons for a project, you buy all that you need at once and even get a spare. Once that batch of glass is gone, it's rare that it will look the same with the next! I love my work to have that handmade, always unique look, and never to look like it's mass produced (goodness knows that'll never happen with me!) or factory-made, but please know that I am a perfectionist when it comes to quality! All the holes in my buttons are ground with a grinder to protect yards and threads, beads are cleaned, and rough edges removed! All my jewelry, unless otherwise noted, are made with Sterling Silver, Fine Silver, or Gold-filled! Even with prices sky-rocketing on these items, I refuse to go to cheaper and lower quality materials!! Then it just isn't as special!!
If you have any questions, please use the "Contact" button at the top of the page.
