  I love to have Handmade and "Re-Purposed" things fill my world.
Factory-made is so the same!!!!
My beads and buttons reflect that so well!  If I want something to look like it comes from a factory, then I'll buy it from a factory!
I love a little tweak and off center here and there!  Plus, I add a few polka dots and ruffles here and there sometimes, too!
Don't get me wrong though, I am a perfectionist, but with a slightly warped sense of beauty!!
My beads and buttons reflect my desire for uniqueness!  I very often use "Odd Lot" glass that gives such wonderful variegation and variation to each piece!  Of course, this poses a problem for me in replication, but usually I do things in batches so a set can be a true set!  This is why it is always best to buy as many as you think you need (plus a spare) because I may not get that color again!!!!
Oh yeah, about me...
I live with my husband and son (chickens, cats, and a dog, too) in the beautiful mountains of the Sierra Nevada in California.
Though I miss a bit of city life now and then, I love the colorfulness and un-predictability of the country life!  Plus, having Yosemite National Park in our backyard (sort of) is a huge boon!
